Measuring What Matters: Evaluation Planning for Cultural Projects

Tiggy Allen

This hands-on workshop is the second part of Measuring What Matters, and focuses on moving from evaluation frameworks to practical planning. Led by Tiggy Allen and hosted by ReReeti, the session will guide participants through defining goals, framing the right evaluation questions, selecting indicators, and choosing tools to collect meaningful data. Using a case study as a shared reference point, participants will also work on their own live examples such as an exhibition, programme, or event, and begin shaping an evaluation plan during the session itself. Designed to be interactive and practice-led, this workshop is ideal for professionals looking to strengthen how they assess, reflect on, and learn from their work.
